* Bookings are secured by confirmation of receipt of booking form and £50 deposit.

* Deposits to be made by Bacs to Kate at the time of the booking. This will be deducted from the final invoice.

* Trials are to be paid for on the day of the trial in cash or prior by Bacs. 

* Trials are to be arranged after the wedding dress is chosen at either my salon or a location of your choice.

* Deposit and trials fees are non-refundable.

* A minimum of three people is required for each booking

* The final invoice is to be paid in full on the day of the wedding. Kate will send an invoice and confirmation of booking details.

* The client agrees to Kate using any photography on her website or social media. Kate will not use trial pictures before a wedding booking.

* Travel charges will be applied to the final invoice (outside 15 miles from PE28 charged at 50p per mile).

* The client must make Kate aware of any sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions of everyone in the booking party, that may affect her work. Kate reserves the right to refuse a client on the grounds of an infectious condition.

* Cancellation is to be made in writing at least one calendar month prior to the booking, after this date a payment of 50% of the invoice must be made to Kate.

* Returning the booking form and deposit indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.

* Kate Atalay is fully GDPR compliant.
